摘要：In a device for stacking and portioning folded or unfolded blanks (7) of paper,cellulose, fibrous material or the like, preferably paper napkins, the individual blanks (7)
are separated from a roll and fed to a packaging machine. The device has two deliverycylinders (2), a transfer cylinder (1) which is arranged upstream of the delivery cylinders, isadjacent to them and folds the blank (7), and reception and transport devices (17, 18, 19)arranged downstream of the delivery cylinders (2). In order to carry out an additionalfolding of the blanks in a simple fashion and at a high feed rate of the web of material,the transfer cylinder (1) is designed as a gripper cylinder with a multiplicity of pairs ofgrippers (10a, 10b) spaced evenly over its circumference. The grippers, forming each pairare arranged one behind the other over the circumference of the transfer cylinder (1). Afolding cylinder (26) with at least one folding blade (14) also rests on the outsideperiphery (3) of the transfer cylinder (1). The folding blade (14) can be inserted into thetrailing gripper (10b) of the grippers of each pair.
