摘要：Fluorochemical allophanates containing one or more monovalent
fluoroaliphatic radicals having at least three fully fluorinated terminal carbon atoms andone or more allophanate moieties, the radicals and moieties bonded together by heteroatom-containing or organic linking groups are provided. These fluorochemicalallophanates are useful in the form of aqueous dispersions or emulsions or organicsolutions in the treatment of fibrous substrates, such as textile fibers, to impart oil andwater repellency.
